Formed in 2002, Ezidocs is a privately owned New Zealand company dedicated to helping enterprises develop better and more efficient business through controlling the quality of their relationship defining documents.

The core team come from senior corporate backgrounds in business development, marketing, technology programme management and procurement.  We are business and user led - not technology driven.

Our philosophy is that technology should be invisible for externally facing business teams. A tool for them to do their job better, to create robust purchase contracts for suppliers or effective proposals for their customers. The Web enables us to deliver tools which achieve this empowerment.
