Operating the solution uses standard browser, email and pdf reader software:
Producing documents with the Ezidocs system is as simple as your teams logging on to the secure site through their browser, and entering information or selecting options using common web interface tool such as fields, radio buttons, drop down lists or check boxes. The system automatically responds to their inputs with real-time updates of the interface as their options are refined and their content comes together. In standard workflow, a draft document can be submitted for approval including explanatory dialogue. Approved documents are published and emailed to predefined groups for processing (printing, binding, sending). Full layout, inclusions, and document controls are applied upon publishing. The result is your team’s comprehensive compliance with your requirements such as customer intelligence gathering and contract terms, as well as policy and pricing rules. Output documents will always be how you want them, automatically version controlled and archived.
