sales force automaton

Sales Force Automation is great for running the numbers but, used in isolation, risks reducing customers to stats and sales staff to quota driven robots. SFA can leave sales staff isolated if its not complemented by human tools - ways to help them connect with customers; to listen, select, and present offers in language they understand.
