happy brands

You cannot choose whether or not to have a personality. Neither can you choose whether your business (or product) should have a brand. Your customers - or stakeholders - will decide what your brand is based on what they see, hear and feel you do. The service you provide will affect this perception - so logically - if you want any influence over your brand, you had better engage and equip staff that will deliver the way you want it to be received. Consistently. And, in the spirit of gaia, staff who feel they deliver well are likely to feel good...Why care? Because happy staff make happy shareholders.
